Our 10-week paid internship program helps students gain valuable experience and develop business skills while learning the basics of industrial real estate. We offer internships in more than 18 departments including Capital Markets, Corporate Communications, Construction, Development, Data & Technology, Financial Planning & Analysis, Investments, Leasing, Property Management and more.

Who can apply?

Our program is open to current junior undergraduate students (who will be rising seniors during their internships) at accredited four-year institutions.

How long do internships last?

Summer internships are typically 10 weeks long, running from June to August.

Do I need previous real estate experience?

Nope! Our internships span more than 18  departments, so we’re looking for people with a wide range of skills. And we know students don’t always have a ton of experience—energy, enthusiasm and a desire to work hard and contribute are just as important as what’s on your resume.

Can a Link Logistics internship lead to full-time employment with the company?

Absolutely. One of our goals for the program each summer is to find our next round of entry-level employees. This means our internships can truly be the start of a full-time career.
