Link Logistics Development Team Earns Two 2025 CPE Influence Awards

Link Logistics’ Development team was recognized with two honors at the 2025 Commercial Property Executive (CPE) Influence Awards, an annual program that celebrates commercial real estate’s most notable developments, transactions, professionals and business strategies. The awards are presented by Commercial Property Executive, a leading source of news and analysis for commercial real estate professionals. 

For the third consecutive year, the Link Logistics Development team received a Silver Award in the Development Company of the Year category and was the sole recipient. The award recognizes sustained excellence across financial decision-making, community impact, innovation, creativity and efficiency. 

In addition, Timothy Aguilar, senior vice president, Development, earned a Bronze Award in the Rising Star category, which highlights emerging leaders making meaningful contributions to the industry.
